In order to be able to help you quickly and adequately in case of an error, you have the possibility to provide our support with the following information:
Microsoft Office Version (please see Microsoft support)
DOCUNIZE Version (You can find them in the client as well as in the administrator by clicking on the DOCUNIZE logo.)
Short error description: How or when the error occurs.
A screenshot of the error message or the incorrect behaviour.
DOCUNIZE log files: These can be created using our Log Collector Utility.
